  and administered the construction of the chapel over Elder Philip's tomb and the new church next to it.

Archbishop Nikon
was a friend of Elder Philip. He initiated Philip into St. Nickolas Cathedral in Luhansk.

Beginning of the liturgy:

in winter time:  at 4 p.m.

in spring and autumn time:  at 5 p.m.

in summer time :   at 6 p.m.

The liturgy is performed by   Father Artemius.
